Racing simulators
The Challenge
Our customer needed a solution for shipping high-value, sensitive racing simulators to venues worldwide. The fragile units required custom protection and seamless delivery into complicated sites. Sustainability was also a priority for the customer.
The Solution
Tech Cargo collaborated directly with the client to design a bespoke, circular supply chain from the factory floor to the venue:

Custom Sustainable Packaging: We co-designed heavy-duty, reusable crates optimized for sea freight container compatibility. These crates flat-pack when empty to drastically reduce return transit costs and emissions.

Moisture & Handling Protection: To eliminate saltwater damage, units are sealed in custom hermetic barrier bags. They are built directly onto a bespoke structural base, meaning the sensitive simulators are never directly handled during transit.

Warehouse Integration: Our facility acts as a direct extension of the customer’s plant, managing staging and inventory with meticulous "in and out" records.

Global Venue Delivery: Using our worldwide agent network, we proactively manage the unique Customs clearance, offloading and delivery requirements of each individual venue. This includes overcoming site issues such as out of hours work, Street Closures, equipment, power lines as pictured through the usage of craning, and street closures.
The Result
After final white-glove delivery, the flat-packed crates are immediately collected and returned to origin. These reusable crates are then fed straight back into the customer’s production schedule—creating an efficient and cost-effective logistics loop
We have now completed instillations in Philadelphia, Denver, Las Vegas, Madrid, and Chicago.

Mixing Console
Tech Cargo successfully managed the relocation of a high-value recording studio from a remote location in Switzerland to its new premises in the United States. The project required meticulous planning and seamless international coordination at every stage.
The operation began with the careful collection of the sensitive audio equipment by a specialist local partner in Switzerland. The shipment was then transported via our trusted European road network to the UK, where each item was professionally export-wrapped and prepared for international transit. Finally, the equipment was shipped by air freight and delivered safely to its final destination in the USA.
By coordinating specialist road transport, bespoke export packing, and international air freight under a single end-to-end solution, Tech Cargo ensured the equipment arrived securely and on schedule.

Global Asset Recovery: End-of-Lease Logistics
Demonstrating our ability to manage large-scale corporate infrastructure projects, Tech Cargo was contracted by one of the world's leading hardware manufacturers to coordinate the return of end-of-lease computer equipment across Europe, North America, and Australia.
Utilising our specialist network of international agents, we designed and implemented a streamlined global consolidation process, ensuring equipment was collected efficiently from multiple locations and transported securely to its designated processing centres. Through careful planning, seamless coordination, and complete visibility throughout the supply chain, we delivered a reliable and cost-effective end-to-end reverse logistics solution.

Global Embassies
Tech Cargo successfully managed a global deployment programme, delivering new postal scanning equipment to more than 150 British Embassies worldwide. This highly complex project required meticulous planning, including the management of diplomatic exemptions, coordination of specialist aviation decompression procedures, and seamless international logistics across multiple regions.
Through our trusted global network, we provided a fully managed, white-glove final-mile delivery service, transporting and installing the equipment directly into secure, restricted-access embassy premises. Every delivery was carefully executed, including navigating stairways, narrow corridors, and other challenging access constraints.
